This has got to be the slowest CVS in the history!! I’ve changed my pharmacy to the Walgreens in the front. They are faster and more efficient.

Today on 11/25/2023, I visited the CVS Store on Cartwright in Mesquite Texas. Just want to say thank you for the old fashion customer service. In the age of AI, it felt great to hear a young man greet me as I came inside the front door. Also, another older gentleman that was dressed in business attire appeared to be the manager and he too greeted me and thanked me for visiting the store. Who does that anymore? CVS staff did. I also used the photo Kiosk and the young gentleman came up over and let me know he was available for any help or assistance. I actually ended up needing his help. He helped me to get my pictures uploaded successfully and one 5x7 photo printed off. It was the smiles, the greetings, and just the courteous and friendly all points of interaction that I really appreciated. This is how you treat your customers. I will be back because of this type of service. Thank you for your service.

They close the Pharmacy (Rx) area for lunch and open late on weekends.How in the world does a so-called "pharmacy" close their pharmacy area?Besides, their prices on over-the-counter (OTC) products are prohibitive. No wonder the store is always empty.

This location is trash. They people working in the pharmacy is a piece of work. The ladies can never find your meds and then has a bad attitude. So I akingvyonher over the phone she smacks and hums. Getting to the window she's rude. She tells me it's CVS policy you have to come in and wait. She can't get your prescription ready unless you come in to wait. What kind of pharmacy is this. CVS MUST HAVE WAY TO MANY CUSTOMERS. This one doesn't care. The lady said she's been with CVS 15 year. She’s very comfortable with her job.

We have been going to this Particular CVS Pharmacy for well over 15 years. For the last several years we have had continuous problems with prescriptions not being filled when they said they were via text messages, and most recently they gave me some Covid antiviral medication called paxloviv that was Expired!!!! When I took back to the pharmacy again waiting for almost 40 minutes to see someone they said OH the government said we could extend that past expiration...are you kidding me!!!! They have canceled my husbands blood thinners (Eliquis) and said the doctor had canceled (after following up with his cardiologist) and confirmed that was a lie, they had given them a full year prescription. With his A-Fib he cannot be off this medication for any period of time. So as of today CVS on Cartwright YOU ARE FIRED!!, I will not let your incompetency effect my family's heath. And if you review this particular pharmacy record I am not alone with a less than 1.5 stars out of 5 they need either a new manager or pharmacist. Teresa

Awful customer service. The woman at the pharmacist is going too fast and overlooks others in line, absolutely rude and a mess when there’s a long line. Hire more calm and composed people.

This pharmacy and staff is absolutely TERRIBLE. They give out false information on what they have in stock and put every single one of my medications on hold every single time. They are rude and very very slow every time I try to call and get an update. I will never use this pharmacy again. Just trash.. fire everyone

Today I needed help with an Amazon package. The older guy in the register was very rude, then came Kiki and helped us out, super super nice, she went out of her way to help us and then she helped another guy that had just walked in and needed help while being on her lunch break. She's wonderful. But the older guy in the register was sooo rude for no reason.but Kiki I give her 5 star

Since when do we keep people on hold for 15 minutes, have an attitude when servicing them, lie about how long prescription will take to get ready and then not issue a syringe to give the prescription? If this is standard practice, y'all may as well find another passion cause working with people just isn't for you.

Horrible customer service, probably the worst of any pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I'm submitting this review while sitting on hold waiting to talk to someone, currently on my second long wait after my last call disconnected after waiting for 25 minutes. This time around, I've been on hold for 40 minutes and counting. All this, because they sent my prescription to a CVS location about 40 miles away that I haven't picked up a prescription at in years, and they didn't transfer my prescription to this location after telling me they would. So I get to go without my anti-anxiety meds for (at least) another 24 hours. Walmart can't possible be any worse than this, and they're definitely cheaper.

I can not drive too the store to order my prescriptions so I do it on line or call they always have my prescriptions on hold I have been calling them for two weeks now and I have all the calls on my phone to proof and they do not answer what the hell are they doing I call up to 6 times in one day and they do not answer the phone I stay waiting up to 30 minutes and nothing!!! Very frustrating I hate CVS!!

Four techs in the pharmacy and after a hour of waiting I noticed no one ever picked up the calls on hold. They just ignored the automated messenger announcing “3 calls on hold” every minute. When its my turn they looked for my two prescriptions and said that they still haven’t heard back from my doctor on one and no record of my refill either. WELL IF YOU ANSWERED YOUR PHONES THAT MAY FILL IN THE BLANKS ON SERVICING YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!
