Used the drive thru to pick up a prescription, sat for almost 5 minutes before anyone came over even after pressing the call button several times, there were at least 5 employees just standing around talking, ignoring customers, including two pharmacists, ridiculous!

I WISH I would have caught his name to give him the full shoutout he deserves, but the guy with the longer hair, who was in the front, at like 6:30 on June 21st… THANK YOU!!! I couldn’t find what I was looking for and he helped us find it, even though that meant that he had to check several different spots in different aisles.

Definitely a big change happening here new manager is making a big difference store is much more clean and organized staff is friendly and engaging very helpful warm greetings coming in very knowledgeable about there products amazing at teaching me how to use my extra care KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK 20 out of 10 look forward to the seeing all the progress and hard work this once was a very bad store you felt dirty just driving past it 😀

I went into the store at 7:15 a.m. this morning right after they opened thinking I'd get good customer service. I'm looking for the Dolce & Gabranna Eau DeParfum for a mother's Day gift. The young girl worker was nice and pointed to where the fragrances were when I asked.
The other lady, the older lady with long dirty blonde hair and glasses was very rude and unprofessional. Obviously she didn't want to be bothered. She was working at the fragrance section and was on a speaker phone call. She seemed irritated when I asked about the fragrance I was looking for without really trying to hear me. So I tried to show her a picture and she says that doesn't help. She barely glanced at it and from a distance. I said it was the Dolce & Gabbana green perfume she says there's lots of those perfumes. What's the name of it? I told her I didn't know how to say it but had it written down. She ignored me. I told her it's the green one. She says all I have is blue and purple and brushed me off. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. She was just annoyed from the moment I needed assistance.

I am so over this CVS! The wait time is terrible, it’s every time I come here no matter the time of the day. They called and said medication is ready for pick up so I go through drive through because it’s supposed to be quick. I’m sure the others that are in line think the same way. I see too many cars coming and leaving. I’m changing CVS this is ridiculous.

Worst pharmacy staff ever seen, after discharge from the ER hospital, the doctor sends early my prescription to this location and 2 days after still not have the medication, this pharmacy staff doesn't have any respect for patients,after several attempts to see if medication is ready they told me that they don't have that product in stuck and is going to take a few days to get it, and they are not going to release the prescription to a different brand pharmacy,they are ridiculous ,unprofessional and very incompetent,be carefully when you get your medication from this location,could be very dangerous that you can get someone else medication just for their stupidity, BETTER DON'T USE THIS LOCATION

Stepped in this CVS about 2 weeks ago to make a cash deposit. I was skeptical at first since it was my first time and I haven't had pleasent service at other locations before. However, Ashley behind the register was very pleasant and informative as she assisted with my deposit. The store was also organized and stocked.
