I love this place for my kids it’s helping them on their workout routine and it motivates them on waking up everyday to go to there training.

My 9 year old son joined in February. Their program alongside the coaches has created a dramatic positive change in him. He has improved his self esteem, self confidence, and his physical abilities. Participating in D1 has surpassed my expectations.

Great training, and even better people! Very welcoming, and will help you reach your goals by any means! I’d definitely recommend if you’re an upcoming athlete and you want to play at the next level! I’ve had dreams of playing in college, and they helped me get there by pushing me to be 1% better each training session!

Ever since I started going to D1 I have become a better athlete I am able to move quicker and react better to plays developing and have not regretted my decision to start going to D1 would recommend to any athlete that's wants to improve their game.

Had my sons birthday here!! The staff was amazing!!! He had this best time!!! Thank you for everyone that made his birthday perfect! Coach C, Coach Dez, and Mrs. Retta. are literally angels that make sure your baby feels loved!!!

Everybody at the Mesquite location that I've encountered so far has been great! Welcoming, supportive, encouraging...their efforts seem genuine as opposed to a sales pitch. I like that the location is clean too! I didn't know if i could keep up, but Clarissa's awesome! She kept me motivated the entire time!

My daughter plays club volleyball on the 1st team. She uses this program in the summer for extra training and we've seen a huge improvement. All the coaches here are attentive and well trained. Clearly care about young athletes.

I’ll start off by saying I wasn’t sure what to expect. Got to a point in my life I want some guided instruction on an effective workout. I tried a class and signed up. This has been the best decision for my fitness journey. And so far I’m absolutely loving it and feeling great even after just a few weeks.
BUT let me say this… the Mesquite staff is absolutely the most personable Team I’ve ever encountered in a gym setting. Every single person on staff greets you and is so respectful, resourceful and super friendly and helpful!
Thomas, Clarissa, Khalil and Desmond are absolutely a joy to workout with. They guide you and their approach truly feels more like a true 1X1 approach. Small teams and amazing workouts with guidance!

I have been attending D1 classes since early/mid February and it’s been an amazing experience. Coach C (Clarissa) has been such a gem, either through her words of encouragement or her motivation to not let you quit on yourself. My son has also been coming here for the last year and has gained the confidence to push his body to it’s limits and have a team of amazing individuals by his side to help strive for more. I wish I could rate this place 10 stars but unfortunately I’m limited to 5.

It’s our second week at D1 and My 7 year old son loves it here!!He gets so excited about going to get his workout in. The couches and staff are amazing very friendly. great atmosphere’s highly recommended!!

Absolutely the best decision to make for yourself!!! I needed some guidance, some motivation, some drive, etc.. Got all of that and more! Amazing staff AND you feel like they actually care about your outcome. Since IV started I feel better and already seeing a difference in just a little over a month. So very pleased.
