My boyfriend recently bought a car from here and I’m going to share his experience. I work in car sales so I am sharing from a salesperson pov. We had inquired and spoke about numbers online, when we went to see the vehicle we were told there was one part to be replaced and would only take a week, I noticed a few imperfections and spoke about replacing the windshield as it had a small crack. We were told it wouldn’t take more than a week to receive the part and install. During this time we had consistent contact with the salesperson. After a couple weeks he stopped responding and giving us updates. We waited over a month for the vehicle because we were told that the vehicle would be ready next week repeatedly by the sales manager. I understand these parts can take time but what we found upsetting is the behavior of the sales person, he went from responding once a week to not responding at all. His lack of follow up was very unprofessional and after that we went straight to contact with the finance manager. He assisted my boyfriend afterwards and from what he tells me, the finance manager and service tech were helpful in his visits to view the vehicles process. I appreciate the helpfulness off the finance manger and service tech as they were very patient with us as well

I had many problems with the carrier who delivered my car. When they off loaded it the car computer got tilted and car wouldn’t turn on. The owner of texas auto spent hours helping me with the car carrier and then walked me through the process which was complicated to reset the computer with out taking it to the shop and even offered at no expense to me to come pick up the car and fix it. He was amazing thank you car now runs perfect was a simple problem. Thank

I recently purchased a vehicle from Texas Autos Direct. The entire process was completed over the phone and online due to the fact that l had no vehicle to get to the dealership. The professionalism of Nimer and Moe is completely deserving of the 5 star rating. The vehicle, a 2018 Ford Escape SE, looks immaculate and runs top notched.
