The dark-skinned cashier charges poorly, he increases prices, and very bad customer service... My purchase was $17 dollars... I looked for my card to pay and when I saw now it was already 34 I told him that it had already increased... He wanted to correct it and so he increased it to 64, this dollar was very bad.

Came in from out of town and the young black lady working cash register was really rude. Couldn't even hand me my bags.

Went thru the self checkout and curling iron has a theft sticker on it. Lady that came to assist was rude for no reason. I should have just went thru the cashier instead, she was kind. I hope the lady who came to assist me isn't management. She is enough to make me not shop here. ?️ ?

On 1/30/2023, I went to the Dollar General at 5PM, before the sleet and ice conditions 1/30/2022 were to begin. The store, without any notice, closed three hours early (although weather conditions hadn’t even changed.) Holding my daughter, I explained to a lady at the door that I just needed diapers, but was turned away. She stated the store manager said they had to shut down. This, to me, was unacceptable. I was grateful for Walgreens down the street and thanked the employees for their help.

It's hard to know which Dollar General you're asking about. The past two weeks I've been to five of 'em looking for their $1 brand of paper towels. Checked again yesterday and hit the jackpot at the one on Beltline in Mesquite.? Got enough to last a while.

If I could give zero stars I would. The new "management " needs some training in customer service. God forbid you ask a question. Her attitude is so poor. Wouldn't even tell me her name either.

The customer service has went down. New employees especially the heavyset black lady. She has attitude and will brush you off if you have a question. I used to love this location but since they have changed the staff I will no longer shop at this location. Michael and Amber are great!
