I've been going to this store for few years now and its been great. Store is always been clean compared to other Dollar Generals, atleast everytime I've gone in. Never had issues with anything. Morning clerk super cheerful in the morning, great guy. Only reason its not 5 stars was because the lady with dark long hair seems to be not so friendly. Not completely rude but small undertones of being snobby at times. I've read other reviews talking about her so thats the reason I now just posted. I'm sure she nice and its been off days but 75% of the time I go or when my family members go and experience the samething? Other than that I love going there and the staff and store always on point.

Ive spent alot of money at this store but started going elsewhere due to the rudeness of the lady with the black hair. Idk what her problem is but she's extremely rude and unhelpful. I've had 2 experiences with her coming at me in a very nasty way, and have seen her do it to others. I live within walking distance from this store but I now shop at the store on gus Thompson because of her.

I normally always go in Dollar General with no issues but today I was treated horrible by a short lady with dark hair. I usually see her mean to others but never experienced it myself. I think she was a manager name Manevar (spell check). First I asked her about a price. The price was stated in the DG paper but it was ringing up a different price she told me it was nothing she could do. She shrugged her shoulders and stated she don’t make the price. After I asked for her boss number she corrected the price. The sale tags were not on any of the sale items. I showed her another price and she got upset again. After she fixed the last price she laid my receipt on the counter while my hand was out like I was nasty. It wasn’t bc of Covid bc you previous customer was given their receipt. She did it twice. This is no way to treat a paying customer. I asked her why would she lay my receipt on the counter and saw my hand was out. She shouldn’t be allowed to be rude to customers. This is unacceptable!!! I will not be returning!!!!!!

Kind of weird peering into the future. I imagine it will be like this in 10 years, no employees were on the floor at all. Self checkout made it seem like employees are only there to stock. If I needed assistance or had a question I would've been shut out of luck. Could've easily just walked out with my product...

The cashier lady with the glasses is very rude , she’s even rude to coworkers whoever the manager is just know I will be informing the corporate office because she’s has been rude multiple occasions and I’ve also seen her be rude to the pregnant coworker also

Great store but need new employees...The store was clean and not cluttered like most DG stores I have been to. This store has a cashier, however, who is INCREDIBLY rude and disrespectful!! She was upset that I got in her line, although the light was on, she sighed heavily and loudly and said just forget about it! we are supposed to be switching shifts but whatever so I apologized to her and she just signed again and said "whatever!" and continued to be rude and disrespectful the entire time. This young lady needs a new occupation NOT in customer service. She was angry at the world for whatever reason and that's fine if she wants to be mad, fine, but don't take a job in customer service if you are going to be rude to your customers and provide anything but service. I did not get her name and she did not give me a receipt but I feel as though she should find another job...

Cashiers to busy on a personal call to take care of the line. Then proceeds to hit total when you tell her your trying to enter your phone number.
