Ordered shoes online. Skechers, I never owned a pair before. Had to exchange them out for a smaller size. Staff was very helpful and it all worked out in the end. Thank you!

DSW does not supply bags! You have to buy 5 PAIRS of shoes for a large bag. First time shopping there and I'm never returning. Who wants to walk out of the store with a bunch of boxes in their hands. TACKY!

DSW, have gone bagless if you buy one are two items you will not get a bag. I’m all for saving the trees- but You’re On Your Own should post this where the paying customers can see they will walk out the store with what they’ve bought in hand. DSW that’s so tacky. Done with you. I guess others are as well cause the store was empty.

I really enjoyed my visit. I usually take about 1 hr to 2 hrs to find at least 2 pairs of tennis shoes. The staff was very helpful. You can always find some reasonable prices here. They also sell a bit of everything. I love DSW ??
