Wife’s car was really hard to start, we recently replaced the battery for this reason. I took vehicle back to the shop and was expecting to have to replace a starter or cables and cost around 800.00; but they warranty the battery and solved my problem. Thank you for your honesty and professional workmanship. I would strongly recommend Dwight & Dons Auto for anyone that’s want’s an honest Auto repair service.

I have finally found an honest and fair mechanic. Justin helped me out tremendously by replacing valve cover gaskets in a timely manner. O definitely recommend getting work done from these guys. Thank yall very much.

Took my truck here to get a flashlight charging base hardwired to my fuse box so it only drains current when truck is on. I provided a hardwire cable i bought from the manufacturer, and they were supposed to use that cable. Come to find out later, they never used that cable, and instead canibalized my plug in 12V adapter I was planning on keeping as a spare cable.
I was frustrated by this discovery, but I decided whatever as long as I get compensated for replacing the cable they destroyed and the hardwire cable cost I could not return anymore. I decided to just file a credit card dispute for the costs I was out and be done with it.
But then, 2 months later when it began to get colder outside, I realized that the fuse they hooked it up to (rear window defroster) they actually destroyed that too. My rear window defroster worked before I brought my truck in, and magically doesn’t work now that they did whatever they did to it.
I have tried reaching out to Justin, the service advisor, and he won’t talk to me about resolving the damages. I’ve called him, left a message with another person at the shop and they said he would call me back within a couple hours. Never did. I wrote an email directly to Justin, never got any type of reply.
I wasn’t going to write a negative review, until I realized exactly how much damage they did to my truck by poor work, and not following instructions and using the parts I supplied.
I will not recommend this shop to anyone. And I’m not the only one, just look at many of their other reviews all saying how bad the work quality and customer service is.

I was referred to this place by Williams Paint and Body and I'm so glad I came. I have 4 little ones, and we depend on our van. They always take good care of us. Also very friendly. Thank you!

Had my wife take our car up there recently and asked 2 things to be done. WITHOUT OUR CONSENT, they several things we didn't ask for. Cost more than we could afford.

After having an engine light come on, a thermostat gone out, and a quote from a competitor that seemed a bit on the high side, I was recommended to these guys. Not only did they correctly diagnose my problem over the phone, they found a way to repair my truck within 24 hours, and they beat the price quoted by their competition. I saved hundreds, yes hundreds on the repair. Their professionalism and honesty are beyond the compare. I highly recommend them for any car repair needs. These guys are the absolute best in the business!!!
