First let me start by saying The owner is very friendly attentive and informs you very well on how the place works. What I did not like was the first day I came here the laundry lady moved my personal stuff from the laundry car saying i couldn’t have it there cause it was in the way when it was super empty just me and some other lady and of course I have common sense if it’s pack I try to get things out the way my self . Then she tells people if you’re not washing here you can’t dry. When she’s working the place is super messy so dirty the floor the tables the dryers are full of lint just a messy place . She also told my son to stop moving the cart when he was just pushing it very gentle she takes peoples cart she tells people they can’t dry unless they wash when they even haven’t finished unloading things from there car she just assumes things shes just staring at you to see what you are going to do instead of working she could be cleaning etc… She’s just so rude might not go back oh and she also had her cat In her vanity chair and I’m allergic to cats so unsanitary .maybe I might try out the new laundry place by la carreta .

The laundry is excellent, very close and clean, the machines work excellent, only that the lady who attends does not allow you to wash comfortably, she is always behind you moving the carts and paying attention to everything and making inconsiderate comments...

Look elsewhere. Place is dirty. Washers say 23 minutes and always take more than 30 minutes. Washer 6 takes about 50 minutes. What a waste of time and money.

Good morning.. I’m rating a 5 star for “Maria “ the worker at pioneer wash and dry coin laundry. She’s always friendly and a hard worker she maintains the laundromat spotless. Honestly I haven’t been to any laundromat that feels fresh and clean. I’m also giving my opinion on Mr. Russell C rating about a month ago, if I had seen this earlier I would have commented on it. Mr. Russell C you’re correct about Maria not speaking a lot of English, but at no point she was ever racist to you. I was present and I’m the one that translated for her. She ONLY told you that next time you bring in your dogs bedding to please shake them off and to try to get as much hair off since it’s always busy and costumers complain about the washers being dirty with pet hair. Your response was “this is why I bring them here, so I don’t have to put them in my washer.” Which my self thought that was pretty rude. You were basically saying you brought them there so you don’t have to clean up your mess at home! Please don’t go off all the reviews so customers come and see for yourself ? my favorite place to wash!!

Mr. Tek keeps this place running smooth and is very friendly and helpful with customers.You should come here for your laundry needs. Great place to do laundry.

I'm going to take issue with the recent post by "Hermila". If that was Maria who was working Saturday morning, I didn't care for her. I was the only white guy in the place, and she was all up in my business. I go here every once in awhile to wash rugs, because I need the big machine. She was complaining about the pet hair, etc. IT'S A SIX DOLLAR MACHINE! I think it can handle it. After she finished complaining she spent most of the rest of her time staring at me. Hermila got one thing right: this woman doesn't speak a lick of English. But I also think she's a racist. If she's there to clean, then that's what she needs to be doing, not harassing customers. This has eaten at me all weekend, so I finally had to speak up. If she continues to work there with her attitude, I'll go elsewhere.

This is a friendly clean service. If you are going to wash laundry I recomend coming here friendly staff and welcoming environment.

Honestly don’t go off of the bad reviews… It always the bad customers that complain. Maria is amazing she isn’t invading any personal space. SHE IS DOING HER JOB! SHE IS CLEANING!By keeping it clean!! They should be thanking her for the clean facilities. Those bathrooms smell amazing. She is a lovely person love to converse and help at all times. Best laundry mat in Balch Springs!!! Her screaming is probably her singing lol.?People need to stop being so ugly to her. Just because she doesn’t speak English all the way doesn’t give anyone to treat her wrong.

The lady that works there is so rude to thr customer. Gives you no privacy to do your laundry!! The lady who works there is always behind you, you can't wash your clothes in peace. Very bad attitude.
