I would not advise to ever rent with enterprises specially this location the manager Austin is very unprofessional he does not know his job or any of their policies the manager at the other location Brooke is the rudest person I have ever ever dealt with in life you would think they were car salesman dealing with a total no car lot that you were going to be late on a cardinal the way that they harass you and call you and unauthorized use your car to run their payments without you even authorizing also recently within the last 24 hours Austin sent out a tow truck to come pick up a car that I was previously renting for over 45 days for being late for 2 days of payment which they were still holding my $300 deposit now I have received a report on my credit that someone has been trying to use my social security number to receive a loan from CashNetUSA since my social security number my driver's license my credit cards and all my personal information was left inside the vehicle of this car and the car was unlawfully picked up that means someone at the location or wherever they have the car towed off to is using my information so unless you want to be considered for identity theft I would not advise you to ever rent from Enterprise

I had the most horrible experience today. A family member was involved in a car accident. USAA set us up with Priority Pass. Showed up. No car. "I" called 7 locations, ZERO cars! In tears. My husband is a National Emerald Club Member. Been loyal Enterprise customer.

They were very nice and professional that I will say.
But the concern is I had an appt set to pick up the rental at 1pm but it took nearly 45mins to get the car ready.
If Ive reserved the car for a specific time I expect to receive that vehicle by that time or within 15mina of the time.
Its not like I walked in and asked for a rental I had already reserved the car days prior.
This is so inefficient as a company.

I have never had a positive memorable experience renting a car, or a rental company of choice for that matter. Usually you end up paying a premium for something worse than your own and generally just seem to be a money grubbing business.This store is different, Austin genuinely cares about the customers and seems to take an interest in each party. Should I ever need another rental, this Enterprise location is far ahead in service and professionalism.

My vehicles is in the shop over a month and half. My insurance covered a basic vehicle, got a Chevy Spark. Gas saver for sure.Long story short the Spark got a flat and an oil change was needed. I called Dez at the local store I rented the vehicle. He provided support and suggestions. I appreciate this store accommodating my need. Dez, coordinated a pick up and exchanged of the Spark for a Nissan Versa. I appreciated this reps understanding my immediate need and delivering excellent customer service.

I was sent here by my insurance company while my vehicle was getting repaired down the road at Service King who notified Enterprise I was there to drop off my vehicle and Enterprise sent a driver over to pick me up and get me to their location to pick up my rental mind you this was during the ice storm we had on February 6&7 , the car I was given was a nice full sized sedan I understood it had not been washed due to the weather which I was fine with I just needed transportation. They were on top of everything they had all my information from my insurance company it was a piece of cake ,Thank You Fellas
