This store has the worst service ever. I called and a worker picked up and was being very disrespectful and seemed like she had no patience to be on the phone. Then I called back to tell her how rude she was and she told me my service was bad! Completely out of line and I recommend you take your money to a smoke shop that dosnt mouth off like that!

Great place, I only "socially" smoke but girlfriend smokes a relatively uncommon brand of cigarettes. This is one of the only local places I know of that carries them and although I stop in infrequently the owner remembers me every time and knows exactly what I'm there for. He's always polite, friendly and accommodating. I've never seen him without a smile on his face. He keeps the store clean and well organized. All these things make me keep coming back to this store instead of trying to find something a little closer to the house and that says A LOT coming from me.

Best vape shop ever!!! Best range of selection I’ve ever seen and very friendly staff. It’s a one stop shop for everything you want. I drive 25 minutes to go this one specifically (passing several others along the way). Check um out!

I've been going to tobacco city now for close to 2 months, I was a drug addict trying to break away from a 10 year addiction to pain pills. I heard about Kratom from a friend and decided to try it out. When I first met shorty (the owner) he was super nice and took his time to explain everything I needed to know about kratom. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants to help. I can proudly say I am clean from pain pills and have been since I walked In the door that day and met shorty. I highly recommend trying the place out! And if anybody reads this that has an addiction.. you can stop! Just go see shorty at tobacco city! He's got your back!

3 for $30 ON ALL PUFF BARS AND GIANT PUFF BARS. By far the LOWEST prices in DFW area. FRESH STOCK each time I shop. I drive from Roanoke to get all my tobacco from this shop. The owner is kind, professional, and always works with you. He is the Prince of Puff, a man of the people, passing his savings down to the customers one puff at a time.
