Showed up at 9:27pm to grab some laundry stuff real quick but guy standing at door with it locked said already closed. I’m just annoyed bc new to the area and this is not the first store where the hours are not correct.

Why do I not go to this store more often!? Hats and sundries and chips...oh my! Got me a bath towel, some cleaning supplies, a phone case and CHEAP SUNGLASSES. Clean, orderly and the young man behind the counter was extremely polite and friendly. I felt, well, like FAMILY.

why do manager and employees park close to the door knowing its busy there but no where close to park. the manager claims everything in store changed prices he's trying to catch them up but all I see is him standing around talking. plus their frozen pizza at out to long were completely thawed our they put in freezer any way. their limping over the box cuz they thawed out. yeah watch what you buy.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER NO BODY WANTS TO WORK FOR THAT DOLLOR STORE ALWAYS MAD AT PEOPLE SHELFS ARE ALWAYS EMPTY YOU ASK THEM IF THEY HAVE SOMETHING THEY DONT KNOW , WHEN ARE THEY GETTING SOMETHING IN THEY NEVER KNOW THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY JUST UNLOADED THE TRUCK WE DONT KNOW THEY NEVER KNOW ANYTHING MIGHT AS WELL SHUT IT DOWN !!!!!

I can not stand this family dollar. It’s beyond ghetto. I was the only one in line and one of the workers walked up to the register to get a ladder and walked off, leaving me standing there. I proceeded to ask if she saw me and she kept walking. Every time I go in , the service is absolutely unprofessional. Please get better employees and a cleaner store! I’d rather driver further to spend my money elsewhere.

Ghetto!! Cashier very unprofessional and on her phone as u wait for her to check u out …. I was patient and didn’t say a word and when it was time to pay I decided to add a lighter and she was upset I placed it on the counter for her and she said I had to give it to her im her hand which I don’t that’s why there’s a counter to place ur stuff … I placed the money also in the counter for her and she had a problem with that too , she just seemed mad and apparently didn’t wanna speak to customers . Get new workers family dollar

It's well past 8am and the store is still closed. The employee keeps waltzing by the door but has yet to open it despite customers gathered outside. I will take my business elsewhere.

Toya was very inconsiderate .I was at the door at 8:23am.She did not acknowledge me;sure did see me Very rude and unprofessional.Find employees that want to work ?

Not sure what’s going in at the location. Understaffed? I’m sure of it. Sat there for the store to open only for someone to wave customers off telling them they were closed at 8:25 AM. Refrigerator is never full, shelves are always empty.

It okay place but the old manager was better at taking care of the store. But the service is okay but it is a huge mess in the store and you can’t find anything.
