Honestly I couldn’t even give one star. The older Hispanic woman who is a the register is ALWAYS rude and it always seems to be towards black customers. Today she threw my items in a bag and when I asked for an additional bag she rudely asked me “why” instead of giving me another bag to separate my items since she threw them in one! Negating the fact that they sell over expired items that could land someone in the hospital! There was a pack of hotdogs that expired in March 24 yet is almost July..

Worst customer service ever !!!!!!! lady can’t even say good morning even after I repeat myself cause I thought she didn’t hear instead I receive a mean glare while she’s on scrolling on Tik tok!! what a loser!!!!!

I love the younger working girl here, she is amazing! However, the lady manager who works here, whom I didn’t catch her name because she was super rude to me over the phone. She even hung up in my face. This is my community family dollar that I shop at often, that I spend my hard working money on. I don’t think she should be treating customers poorly and very unprofessionally. I made a mistake and got my h&m order delivered there, which the younger lady was nice enough to return to me. Fast forward a day later, I call up there to thank them both, however I had the rest of my package from my order get there today so I politely asked if they could hold it and I could pick it up tomorrow. The younger girl said yes and they would put it in the back for me then the manager proceeds to take the phone from her just to get on the call and be extremely rude to me. She told me she’d even put my package “back out there” when I mentioned it’s not even a store bought item. Furthermore, I have contacted HR and I’m waiting for a call back. Please do better with hiring incompetent employees.

This is one of the nastys store, it’s a fire trap, all the isles were cluttered, Parking lit was nasty it’s needs to be reported to fire Marshall, please don’t let this get out of hand

The store was suppose to open at 8am however it opened up after 8am! The blk girl with the mini ponytail on top her head was on her phone laughing then finally came to open up the door once she seen me walking away. It’s ridiculous because this isn’t the first time with this same girl.

The lady at check out with short blonde hair was very rude, no customer service. She didn't speak back as I entered the store, when I checked out, she was doing a project and left me at the register for a minute, she checked me out after I was finished she rudely placed my receipt on the counter and walked away. Want be back to that Family Dollar store....??????????????????????????????????????
