I had a package for delivery 3/ 15/ 2024. This package never made it to my door. I work remotely, so there was no possible way to miss a delivery. I contacted the seller after I discovered that FedEx claim successfully delivered. The seller sent me an image of a package at a door that was clearly not mine. The image did not have the unit number in/ on it. The stuff at the door was not mine, not the package, the stuff i take belonging to the residence. . When I contacted FedEx the feedback I received is go look for your delivery . Ask around , i.e your neighbors, nearby units. WHATTT!!!!!!! Why and how the hell does it become my responsibility to find the package that your employee, the driver had responsibility for for delivery by your company/ service. It is obvious that FedEx mission and standards are beneath consumer confidence. Any loss of packages or merchandise poorly handled to them , is an acceptable loss to the consumer, in other words IT IS NOT THEIR DOLLAR. FedEx has developed a pattern of poor accountability and service to the consumer and the company who ships to and by them. The drivers are irresponsible and non chalant and for the lowest standard of service thieves, not rumor, this is fact based. As again they are not held accountable.If you have packages, envelopes, to be moved , delivered, picked up ... please measure your options before using FedEx.

This is a drop off place only. The package has to be ready to ship. You cant print labels or box up anything here.

I have a return from Walmart and was told by them that if I went to a FedEx dropoff the box will be packaged and shipped by FedEx. The box that I am returning did not come in a box so I returned it as is. The lady at the counter said that I needed to box it and when I asked for tape she wanted me to buy tape from the store. Very poor customer service.
