Extremely disappointed in FedEx. I was tracking a package that was ordered the first week of November. It looked like it was going to actually be delivered earlier than expected. Tracking had it on the van out for delivery. Then I see this! Returned to facility for inspection! What does that even mean!! No response (other than automated) from FedEx regarding whereabouts of my package! I hope whoever got my package enjoys the coffee!

Worst delivery service ever, I dread when I order something and find its coming by FedEx ALL packages are delayed delivery if on a weekend.... THEY DO NOT DELIVER ON WEEKENDS!!! Bad service.

My package estimated to cost over $6,000 arrived on 8/20/25 from overseas.
I paid so much extra to have it shipped as fast as humanly possible in order for my product to not be damaged in the Texas heat and they have now delayed my package 3 times and its been sitting in the heat in a FedEx truck for over five days.
I called the useless customer service that is of-course in India.
They give nothing but excuses and stated they had incomplete information and thats why they couldn’t make delivery.
They have my full name and correct address.
Nothing but coached excuses in order to try and avoid blame.
I personally had to take initiative and have it be held at one of their physical stores.
I am dreading opening that box and for my product to be ruined.
This company is pathetic, this particular hub is so much unprofessional.
Minimum wage workers cannot for their life do the basic and easy job.
They demand higher wages with minimum skills.
PATHETIC.

My golf club has been traveling around the north metro area now for 4 days. Interesting to see how they change the delivery day every afternoon. Thank god for tracking.

This is the worst company ever. My package was supposedly attempted to be delivered Saturday Mind you there is no gar or nothing to my apt so they delayed my delivery and promised h would get it Monday, they loaded it and took it back to the station. Here we are Tuesday they loaded it and delayed it and now I’m not getting it again and they refuse to let me pick it up. This company needs to be shut down

Was supposed to have a package delivered from here today. The driver had it with him and drove past my office twice. Did not stop to deliver it. This was for an overnighted package. It was critical equipment needed to get systems back up and running. 0 stars.

We have waited 48 hours to receive a package. The CSRs we spoke to were very rude and unwilling to help us. The driver said that he strived to make contact with myself, which is didn’t. I was home all day Saturday and Sunday when they sent an email stating they are sorry they missed us. I have never had such a horrible experience with FedEx before. Even after requesting to have a call. We don’t even have the sticker stating they tried to deliver. The information they gave us was a picture of the box saying “sorry we missed you,” 10/10 do not recommend FedEx anymore!

follow the instructions in the photo,make sure you have the package hold at this location. It is pretty smooth to pick it up.

I have had so many packages damaged and then never delivered.. and just delivered to the wrong house. I wish I had a choice what company picked up and delivery I had because I would not use fedex… people just don’t care about their jobs or they would do them better.

Have had too many packages routed here. Never received on time. Location is closed on Sat and Sunday!!!! So they are always backed up. Open on a Saturday for logistics(that’s your business)
.. “Delivery Exception” is what is says I requested. Just means they hold the package.
