I told Sikandar, Karla, and Xochitl the whole time that I wasn't satisfied. I refused to have them do any more tests, to close the case, and that I accepted what the insurance company offered the first time. But Sikandar told me it was advisable to have more evidence to get more money. They convinced me, but in the end, I was the one who suffered because they didn't give me what they promised. I fell for their lies. They always told me my compensation would be over 100k. It's not my fault that your team didn't pass on the information I gave, my opinions, my doubts, and my discomfort. That's your fault. I don't recommend your firm. I'm going to publish this on every platform I have so that others don't fall for your lies like I did.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this law firm has been very disappointing. I've had 2 experience with this frim and its almost night and day. My 1st case they took care of me kept me informed took about 1year but they took care of me. I'm now on my 2nd case and i fell they are dropping the ball.The biggest issue has been their lack of clear and timely communication. Calls and texts often go unanswered, and when I do get a response, it’s delayed and rarely provides the clarity I need. For a professional service that people rely on during important and stressful times, this kind of communication gap creates unnecessary frustration.
In addition, the internal systems and professionalism leave much to be desired. I found their processes to be disorganized, with little consistency in follow-up or updates. Instead of feeling supported and guided, I often felt like I was left in the dark and had to chase down answers myself.
I expected a higher level of professionalism, transparency, and accountability from a law firm. I have a few friends that are lawyers in the Dallas area and they tell me that Ms Allison is one of the best at her firm. I hate to post this but as I read the reviews I see there are a few other people who has experience what I've experienced. I hope things turn around because I really like Ms Allison

Take my review with a grain of salt. I had the most difficult time with this firm, the LACK OF COMMUNICATION, LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY, LACK OF RESPECT, they will have for your case will show when they see if you have a profitable case. By no means am I saying to not hire them, everyone experiences is different. What I am saying is to do your due diligence before selecting them or anyone to represent you. They will stop responding to your emails, questions, and calls. When you try to get a new attorney they will try to add their “lien” as well, but reminded the attorney will never reach out to you and never keep you updated on the case until the last minute. They will place blame on you if you try to tell them what they did wrong, I personally have filed a grievance against them with the Texas State Bar for the way my case was handled, as well as working on trying to see if I have grounds for a Legal Malpractice Suit at this time.

I don't know where to begin, but here goes. My wife and I were involved in an accident a couple of years ago and we were referred to Fielding by a very mutual friend. Conchita was a blessing in handling our case even though, the timeframe wasn't as we expected to take at that time and she went on maternity leave. Allison took over our case and the settlement was satisficatory since we were rear ended at to no fault of own. I would have given them a 5 star rating until now. I was involved in another accident which camera footage and police report shows that I was the one at fault while the other party got off scot free. So, my case was dropped and now I'm still in pain from the recent accident and the previous one. The other party was cited for no driver's license and above them all, the vehicle wasn't hers to start. All in a nutshell, the firm gets a very low rating due to the fact the other party was in the right and I was in the wrong according to video footage and not only I'm stick without means of transportation, but I'm stuck with back pain. Allison suggested that I seek another attorney, but was told that it would be a big risk. I lost faith with Fielding and I guess if my wife or any other family member would have been involved, the results would have been different. Thank you again, Fielding for representing me the first time around. This last time, I guess I was a thorn on their side wanting to know the status of my case. Once again, thank you for not seeking the compensation I deserve. Best of luck on whoever wants this team on your side. I should have hired an attorney here in San Antonio and would have gotten better results. Money talks, BS walks.
