Horrible customer service! No regard or consideration for their customers time. I made an online appointment for a simple front-end alignment, showed up for the appointment and was told it was not in the system and that it would be 3 hours. Declined to wait and made an appointment the following day. Showed up for that appointment and was told it would be 2 hours. Was originally supposed to wait in store, but arranged for someone to pick me up. 2 and half hours later I called the store to get a status update and was told it would not be ready until the next day and that they have not even looked at my car yet. Told them that i would need to pickup the car because it is my only means of transportation and I was not expecting it to be an overnight repair. Arrived to pickup my vehicle and was meet with very rude and dismissive staff that claimed they would need to locate my keys. After about 5 mins they appeared with the keys slide them across the counter and walked away. I did not expect them to beg for forgiveness, but a simple apology for this inconvenience even a my bad would have sufficed. I do not recommend anyone visit this location.

I took my car here to get the spark plugs changed and they realized I had not a drop of oil. However I had taken it somewhere else a week before so it should have so they helped me out with discounts so it was not much more than what I was expecting to pay for my original service. The guy at the front was super friendly and nice. 10/10 would recommend this place for service and definitely will be going back

I went in to replace and balance 4 tires. They were replaced but they try to balance the tires with 32 lbs and this truck need at least 60. The balance is off. Went 3 times. And they put me on the back burn

I put my car in the shop for a valve on my bmw they don't inform wat going on with your car they told me 2 days it's almost been 2 weeks all I keep getting is excuses plus when I call they said they was looking for the part this is so stressful not to have my car and not having way to work this the worst experience ever I'm never going back and I still ain't got my car Greg is helpful but overall a waste of time and money they should call me and tell me what going on but I got to call them

went in on Monday to get a vibration looked at. Was told 2 tires were out of balance. As soon as i left there was still a vibration but on a different tire. when i called back they said that it was probably a tire. I made an appointment for 10am the following day to have it looked at again. At 10am i was told that they were not going to look at the tire they were just going to rebalance it again. At 12 noon my car still had not moved. Why are appointments being made when there is no availability. Why was I not told when i showed up at 10am for my appointment that they were running behind? Why was the guy at the counter rude when i asked how much longer it would be on my vehicle. l left my car with them and am currently waiting to see how much longer it will be until they tell me my vehicle is complete. Horrible customer service. Horrible time management, especially when I had a scheduled appointment. My next set of tires will NOT be firestone simply due to their customer service.

I asked the guy at the counter to please be sure to do the following.1. Replace my spark plugs2. Replace the ONE tire sensor that was not working that it showed on my dash. 3. Rotate 4. Alignment 5. Tire balance 6. Inspection sticker.7. Replace my wheel lock that was lose from my last visit.Days later I had to call for an update and the guy said they have not called me because the jeep still needed work I asked what work is still needing to be done you've had it since Saturday. I was then told all tire sensor are bad. I ask how are they all bad but showing that they work on my dash he proceed to tell me well they work but they are out of range. My exact words to him were if it's not broke then done fix it. I then ask him to replace what I asked to be fixed and then call to pick it up. When I returned to pick the jeep up, the wheel locks were not replaced. A 3rd guy now has told me he'd have to look into this because the other 2guys did not do it prior.
I've not heard about my missing wheel locks being replaced.
Not to mention I swapped vehicles so now they have my 2020 GMC currently for repairs.

I've been here since 6:45am ... I would give it zero stars, but I can't... we waited till 8:15 ... probably should change the opening time to 9am when they are ready to actually start working and take in customers

When you have to return your vehicle multiple times to Firestone Complete Auto Care in less than four months and you're charged hundreds of dollars more each time and my vehicle is still not starting to this day. There is something wrong with the service provider! I have never had this type of poor service before after being a loyal customer for over two decades.

Really these guys know what they are doing I’m very happy with their service and how they have provided me with the tire alignment and tire shine also?? Thank you, Greg for your service and I really like your attitude, nice and humble the way you are as I was sitting in a lounge I saw you were treating everyone in a very good way. Always be nice as we are blessed with one life big thanks to Evan ,joel,and Johnathan (GUS THOMMASSON ROAD MESQUITE TEXAS location ) I will be back for the great service. God bless you all.

I asked that my spare tire be put back under the truck, and the tire in back of the truck be put on the right front. And this was not done.
