I was going on a trip so I had an oil change and tire rotation. Afterwards, I glanced in my glovebox to make sure my wheel lock key was returned. A couple of days later I was looking in my glovebox and pulled out the package Firestone had put in there. It was a lugnut not the key! Called them and asked if they would mail it to me. ( I was in Oklahoma.) They refused. Said they didn't know if it was mine even though my key was a McGard and out of 11 wheel lock keys that was the only McGard they had. If I had a flat, the lugnuts would be difficult to remove. I had to order another key from McGard before I returned home. Firestone didn't care even though it was their fault and their responsibility. The manager was detached, Megan was rude, Felipe was just the mechanic who put a lugnut back in my car instead of my wheel lock key. They won't reimburse me for the key. It's not the money, it's the principle. Plus why do they have so many wheel lock keys?? Scary. Will not return to this location.

This is the prime definition of an atrocious establishment. You let me my vehicle sit for 2 days straight, no call, no work completed or anything. The store manager is a prime example of what a store manager shouldn’t be. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! No problem solving acumen. Zero motivation for a solution! I’m never coming back here and will inform my colleagues to never come here, unless they’re ok with the mediocre service, or should I say NO SERVICE!

I had my front brakes done here twice and they over torqued my wheels I'm the front and ruined the brakes so I brought it back and they ruined them again by over torqueing the lugnuts and distorting my rotors so I got some new ones and it immediately fixed the problem, would never take my car here for care, even if they mess up they'll just mess it up more under warranty it's ridiculous

I scheduled an appointment at 12 my truck was there ready till 3:30. 5 minutes after leaving my husband calls me saying Firestone called him telling him they forgot to put the oil lid on. Mind you I drove on the freeway 10 minutes with oil spilling everywhere. I drove back by the time I got there my truck was smoking badly them they proceeded to do the oil change again. I was already furious because of how long it took but I had no other options then to wait on them to clean up all the oil spill and for them to redo the oil change. I spoke to the supervisor and she said unfortunately that happens often, like what you mean to tell me the because of their negligence they could’ve cause a major accident??? Supervisor just said she was going to have a talk with them. An hour passes by and when they try to turn on the truck it wasn’t turning on they struggled another 30 minutes trying to turn it on and all they could say it was the the battery. When in the report they gave me it clearly said battery was at the required level. Now I have to take my truck else where to get it checked out and hopefully nothing major messed up. If anything happens with in the next three months to my truck I am putting all blame on them because my truck was up and running. We keep up with oil changes and everything. All thanks to their negligence that the supervisor said it happens often. Smh with Firestone.

Firestone operational personnel James and Johnathan is very awesome with their with customers try really are respectful and understanding more important to me is that they relative everything that is wrong in a n respectful way and make sure I really understand the work that was work on my issues with my cars had two cars up there and I am very satisfied with them both with James and Johnathan will give them both a 10 plus that is why i love service like that and that will be the only Firestone I will be bringing my vehicles too.Thanks a thumb up solid 10 overall

One of my tires picked up a nail on the highway and severely deflated, so I limped in to this location for a repair. Jonny was working alone and closing up the shop for the day (it was late afternoon on NYE). Despite me interrupting his departure, he couldn't have been more helpful in repairing my tire and getting me back on the road. This location has a great asset in Jonny
