Just left this branch and was apprehensive based on the reviews, I had some fraudulent activity happening in my account and only had less than 30 mins to handle this. The team and bank teller were very helpful and expedited my needs in a timely matter! I appreciate their help and the pink theme was absolutely cute! Happy customer!

After reading all the other reviews. You would think this branch WOULD REBRAND. RE HIRE OR CLOSE !!!!
I've been banking here for several years. I recently moved to Mesquite and this is my closest branch . Horrible customer service rude and demeaning employees. Transactions that use to take minutes now require two acts of congress. It is horrible when I know more about their job then they do. Simply from banking at more competent branches.
To whom ever is in charge I pass a lot of money through this establishment . NOT BECAUSE I HAVE TO. BUT I CHOOSE TO. FIND A WAY TO DO BETTER BEFORE I CHOOSE ANOTHER BANK ALL TOGETHER NOT JUST ANOTHER BRANCH !

I am here waiting on lane for over 20 minutes. Worst customer service. 3 employees. The manager is seated on the computer doing nothing and the other at the restroom taking her time.
