This 5 below was far below the standards I am accustomed to at my local store. The store was dirty, allot of the merchandise was strewn about and not where it belong, and there was only one employee there to run all the self checkouts which resulted in half of the machines being closed and a long line of people trying to checkout. I will say the one employee that was there is what earned them a 2 star instead of 1. She was trying her best and was respectful and understanding of everyone's frustrations. Maybe with more employees they can clean the store and have all self checkouts open.

Insanely crowded and unorganized. Kids screaming and running everywhere. A nightmare to say the least.
