I love this store, brick and mortar wins when colors, textures and patterns are required, thank you floor and decor for keeping up with styles and trends, as well as a pro design center on Oaklawn, you people are awesome - keep up the great inventory, just please spend a few extra minutes with staff for training when to use types of products and why, I have overheard some of the craziest “insights” trying to help customers. I mean you keep my business busy, but if a customer is lost in this store it’s best to not take the first persons advice. Take a poll or get some google beforehand. Know what youre doing before entering, the staff is there to stock and locate products, don’t ask advice, you maybe sent to a rabbit hole.

The woman at the front door is very rude and disrespectful. I was making a food delivery to an employee there. I gave her the name and she replied she didn't know the person. I told her it had Floor&Decor as the drop off. She then replied was it for next door after I told her it was for there. I will pay more at another place for the flooring for my upstairs loft. She needs to learn to watch how she treats others because you never know who could be a potential customer
