Customer service is trash! Don’t ever try to call and get assistance, they don’t want to look, help, or work and they barely answer the phone. I’d rather order and have them ship to my home rather than go in this store.

I would've given 0 star if possible. I won a raffle for a sought after shoes (UNC 1s) recently, I confirmed in the app with qr code provided immediately. After long 40 miles drive from home to store, the employee (he said he was manager) refused my winning with reason my name was not in system. He couldnt do anything or even offer help to settle this. I called corporate and the person said it was my responsible to settle with store. At same time, cs rep said she couldnt connect to rsvp system to check which typically they could (what a coincidence), I dm'ed corporate on social media and no response. I think overall footlocker group really dont care to their customer. They dont seem to help to solve issues and easily just wash their hands. I believe they still have additional stocks and if they have goodwill, they would contact me to settle. However i received 0 response. I still keep my screenshot of my winning raffle until now as proof. I am their loyal customer with million points, but seemed they dont care too much to their customers.

Placed some orders online some how my order got messed up because of their website didn't receive all my shoes but Nelson and his team didn't stop working till they found them I appreciate the time they took to look for it definitely coming back to this specific store

Great, friendly staff... Even the manager greeted myself, my mom and three boys. Very clean store and great prices with lots of discounted shoes but still great name brands.

Had an amazing experience here. Staff is very friendly and the red head male employee (forgot his name) was very quick to get shoes, even when we kept changing our mind he gave exceptional customer service. My daughter LOVED him, he made her feel very comfortable and he made her laugh. I will be back for more shoes and definitely hope that he will help us out again!

Good customer service and pretty good quality. They didn't have a lot of options for my kid who's in a 3.5 so we had to choose a 4 and the options are still limited. We were able to find a couple size 4 that fit. I like the socks, they last a pretty good while and the footlocker logo is on the inside of the socks.

The selection for kids size 2-11 is terrible! My son has been wearing Jordan's since he was old enough to wear shoes. The most decent pair you'll find are Adidas and even then you might find a solid pair of black or white. As a parent I would be embarrassed to have my children wear what they had to offer. The shoes look like something from Payless and I hear Payless us going out of business. Regardless I wouldn't buy anything from there anyway.

Ma boi erik Sanchez treated me with good service and was quick to go in the back and get me the pair I asked for didn't take 5 minutes like some employees he looked for the cleanest pair (less dirt) and gave it to me he's daddy
