It's the price change for me when I'm a single parent and try to make ends meet they take more money and charge and cancel accounts and then tell me that I miss my payment when it's due on that day

Can never take a payment correctly. Always have issues and then you always have to go up there. I tried making a payment lady said it didn’t work then it was because she didn’t write the number down correctly. Now they saying I have to go up there and take my car like I just live for them and what they need. If your employee was smart enough to take down card number correctly you wouldn’t be wasting my time to go up there. This isn’t the first time this happens with you guys. Sad.

I called before I came they told me they had to take pictures of my car so my insurance could be reinstated today they took no pictures just reinstate my insurance and now I don’t have insurance until the next day I have family to go pick up waay in Arlington and now I can’t go instead of trying to fix the problem the manager wanted to argue with me seems like if you’re black they don’t give you good service

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My 16 year old son was hit by a client of Fred Loya's. semi minor accident, but left my sons very first car undrivable. The other driver admitted fault immediately, so i assumed it would be a pretty quick and painless ordeal. After weeks of staying on the adjuster to just get the statements from both drivers, they finally did and assumed 100% liability. i was told to find a body shop for the car and they would send it there. The adjuster does not return phone calls, her manager does not return phone calls, they do not leave voicemails, and we're going on a month of no car for my son and STILL they have not sent his car to the body shop. The customer service for this company is a joke and i would NEVER use them for myself or anyone i love... or anyone i hate for that matter. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

They went up on price to 199 a night. The first room we had there was no microwave and fridge didn't work so they moved us. I ask the lady for two nights when we got there and she only charged me for one night and had to recharge my card for another night the next day would not have known until they sent me a text and said how was your stay. Called front desk and she says I only charged you for one night. Bad experience this time.
