I wanted to give my opinion on this location. I believe there were only 2 employees working - but those 2 employees are worth their weight in gold. Absolutely great customer service. I am used to other stores where you are not greeted or helped at all. They have their system worked out like a military operation; it was just so smooth. Really commendable. I did not end up purchasing anything but honestly I will remember the treatment I got here and will return.

This just made me really upset went to the Guess in Towneast Mall for return I shop here all the time had a reward that I used to make a purchase online came to the store to return them because the pants run small but it’s the new people that act like you taking money from them they didn’t want to honor my rewards even though corporate said they would after Stephanie the manager honored it the guy proceeded to note my account that it can’t be done again when that’s not true because Guess do honor your rewards or discounts if you used them and make a return in the store if the item doesn’t fit again I been shopping here for well over 17yrs
