My mother gets her hair cut here. Today I failed to get the lady's name but she read the notes and gave Mom a cut that she loves! It's short and looks very nice!

Went in at the last and Tony was there to greet me. He did an excellent job on taking care of my haircut.He took the time and made sure I was satisfied. Just made a regular out of me.

They Wanted way too much information for a simple hair cut.
Not asking, "could we please have your, name, number... address..." etc.
Who knows whatelse they wanted from me a visitor to the city.
I began to sit after giving my name and number and she asked me back to the desk for my address...
I quickly responded..."no, this is way to much information for a simple cut. I am visiting."
Then after using a 2 for my side and a 4 for the top. She goes to the next machine. Goes around one ear and then the other.
Then... had the nerve to tell me that I cut too high when shaving.
I said "maybe"
She quickly when on defense with offensive response
And said "no, you did"
And then showed me in mirror.
I am certain she made the cut with second machine too high and quickly casted the blame on me.
If she was any good or honest, she would have told me this before she began with second machine or even starting with the 2 on the sides and showed me beforehand.
This is the worst behavior i have encountered in Dallas.
Good thing i am easygoing person having coming from first time visit to church just 2 blocks away.
I just asked her to cut the other side high to match.
I would NEVER go Back nor recommend There nor her.
The worst and most expensive 10min hair cut in my life.
She reminds me of those just coming out of Barber School working in big franchise because she has no talent to work in privately owned Barber Shop.

I have never been to Great Clips before & I was very impressed! You are able to check-in online which puts your name on a digital first come first serve list so you don’t have to wait long in the lobby! The waiting list moves quick & the cuts are great! Everyone is super friendly, helpful, & prompt. I had the pleasure of Melissa giving me an amazing cut, the expert advice that I really needed & much appreciate, & we all had a few laughs in conversation! ? Thank you all so much at Great Clips for giving me experience a 5 Star Experience! ?????
Requested style: I requested a taper-fade (1-2), trim on top & blended sides.
Specialties: I have dry, poofy or frizzy hair & I asked my stylist, Melissa, about relaxers. She informed me about relaxers & suggested we use texturing shears to help thin the volume & voilà!
Hair type: I have semi-thick, dry, poofy hair.
Stylist: Melissa was my stylist & she did an amazing job! She is very gentle & precise.
