Sharon at Grizzly Self Storage is incredible. We had not accessed my deceased brother's storage facility in over 20 years and she made it possible for us to wrap up the complete clean out in a matter of hours. Getting to meet Gypsy was an added bonus. THANK YOU!!

They are over priced. They advised my rent was increasing by $100. They do not have a dumpster for you to throw away items. The dumpster they do have they put a lock on it so you can’t discard anything. Find a nicer newer storage for your belongings.

DO NOT STORE YOUR POSSESSIONS AT GRIZZLY SELF STORAGE, 1125 E. MAIN ST. IN MESQUITE IT’s RAT INFESTED. WE’VE PAID FOR THIS STORAGE SPACE FOR 10+ YEARS AND WE’VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL RECENTLY. WHEN WE WENT TO THE STORAGE TO GET SOME THINGS. IN OUR STORAGE SPACE WE FOUND 5 DEAD RATS AND RATS HAD WENT THROUGH ALL OF OUR STUFF. RAT FECES WAS EVERYWHERE!!! THE LADY THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE WAS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT. I ASK HER FOR A BROOM TO SWEEP UP THE RAT FECES SHE TOLD ME NO. THERE WAS NO WAY WE WERE GOING TO TAKE RAT INFESTED THINGS BACK TO OUR HOUSE. SO WE HAD TO PLACE MOST OF EVERYTHING WE HAD IN THE STORAGE INCLUDING MILITARY MEMORIES BELONGING TO OUR SON WHO FOUGHT IN IRAQ, IN THE DUMPSTER. THE FEMALE IN THE OFFICE DIDN’T LIKE US USING THE DUMPSTER SO SHE CAME OUT AND BLOCKED THE DUMPSTER! SHE DECIDED TO CALL THE MESQUITE POLICE AND WASN’T TRUTHFUL AT ALL SAYING SHE FELT THREATENED. THE POLICE RESPONDED AND SPOKE TO US AND THE OFFICE FEMALE. WHEN THE POLICE SAW THERE WAS NO LAWS VIOLATED OR NO ONE WAS THREATENING THEY LEFT THE LOCATION. BY THE WAY OUR LEASE STATES WE COULD USE THE DUMPSTER! ALSO SHE REFUSED TO GIVE THE NAME & NUMBER OF HER SUPERVISOR OR THE OWNER! I WOULD HAVE PUT ZERO RATING IF I COULD HAVE.
