I bought 2 sofas about 2 months ago, I was told they would be ready in about 5-6 weeks. The week before the sofas were due in, I confirmed with my sales person that these were still on time and that it was two large sofas, he confirmed same. The day these were being delivered I immediately noticed one of the sofas was a love seat NOT a full size sofa, like I expected, I called my sales rep and he too said I should be receiving 2 large sofas.... to keep this short, I did not get what I believed to have ordered and even what my salesperson agreed to... it turned out the sales person placed the order wrong, he ordered 1 loveseat and 1 sofa sleeper. I am very dissappointed and was told I would have to wait an additional 5-7 weeks... I reviewed my receipt and saw that he did indeed only charge me for sofa sleeper and love seat, but again this was HIS mistake and he too always referred to my to large sofas. The delivery person AND my sales person both said that the love seat would go to another warehouse and sold at a discount since it was a special order. I then said well since it was a mistake on their part then they should discount it to me and refund me the difference so I could keep it and be done with this whole thing. He would not agree to this! I am not happy with the way this was handled... I was also told a manager would call me and this was over a week ago and I am still waiting on a call from him.

We were greeted from the moment we walked in. I have a wild child who wanted to “test” every piece of furniture and he was welcomed to do so with no annoyance from our lovely sales associate Kaory. She was so helpful, straight to the point and asked ME what I wanted. Kaory showed me couches and sofas directly to my taste and took no time at all for us to find the perfect fit. Havertys really has it down on lock. And if she gets to read this herself- Kaory, stay on that thrown Queen! Just a little insider her and I shared that day during our whole experience. Simply wonderful. And checkout was a breeze. So thorough and caring to make sure everything was to our liking before our purchase. Highly recommend Havertys !

My salesperson, Kaory, is the biggest factor in my purchase today. She is incredibly knowledgeable, which helped me get to my purchase faster. I was grateful not to wander the place, trying to figure out what would work. She listened, guided me to the exact things I needed, and really made the entire process a million times better. She's also a delightful person to meet. Kaory for the win!

They were wonderful. I worked with JD in sales. He was so helpful me my order and got everything taken care of and then followed up with me weekly on updates of delivery his communication Was greatly appreciated. JD also sent me up with Cana In design and she helped me build a simulation of my living room and help me pick out what color would look best with my floors. I will definitely be using them again!

JD helped us. He was friendly and helpful. We have purchased havertys furniture before, and we're very happy with it. Now we are going tiny, so needed furniture to fit the new place. They deliver, set up, and back their product.
