The manager Anya is so rude. Talks to everyone like they’re 9 years old.
I was ready to check out and another worker had to call her over to come check us out, she doesn’t even say hello she just yells “cash or card” and I replied it depends how much and she makes the ugliest face and goes “WHATT??” I said it “it depends how much the total comes out to” Like either or idk yet. Makes a face and says “?ok”
Like im not sure if you’re used to only servicing teenagers Anya since towneast is known for being fulls of teens, but when you’re speaking to other adults you should know how to communicate professionally given your status.

Was there today to do an exchange/ return for a coat that was gifted. I had the tag attached and the receipt. Hunter, the store associate, needed Pamela's help to do the return. It was a gift and had been shipped/delivered after the 30 return window for which I had proof. Hunter had told her the situation over their phone system. She came over, instantly did the return without telling me store credit/exchange/return was NOT possible. The return was sent back to the person that had gifted me the coat (it was a birthday gift). Meaning Pamela literally stole my coat, she did not get my consent to finish the return in that manner (no options were given, no explanations) and proceeded to tell me she could not void the transaction. Taking is stealing especially when there was no warning or explanation with a transaction done without permission.

My son wanted to visit h&m. He is 13 and starting to pay attention to how he looks. After going through the store we found the men's section, which was rather small without a lot of choices. He could not find anything he liked. The prices were fairly reasonable, but the selection is definitely lacking especially for men.
