The crew and team are friendly and provided me with good service as I was in the restaurant especially in the paint department they were very helpful in guiding us towards a decision. While the only issue I encountered was one caused by me, I left a item in the parking lot, I called immediately and the person on the phone said I could come back with no issues to get another piece of my PVC pipe since I still had my receipt, however once I came back they said their was nothing they could do and that I had to buy another PVC pipe. It was disappointing to hear because it got my hopes up but at the end got confused due to hearing different things from different people. However other than that I enjoyed shopping here

Extremely rude employee by the electric wiring. She accused my fiancé of wanted to steal it when he asked for it to be unlocked so he could purchase it and then demanded a Spanish speaking customers electrical license when he asked for wire. It’s not even a Requirement to purchase it. Ridiculous lady.

I come from ennis to buy some material that doesn't have in waxahachie, we ask several guys, and they are just supposed to go find someone and any come back with an answer, we leave the store and come back and didn't download the material that we need.

If you've never been to The Home Depot and especially this location you need to bite the bullet and check them out. The staff is very helpful and friendly and knows their stuff or willing to get you to another expert that can help you. I love the variety of the plants they have and I enjoy going through the BBQ section looking at all the grills, accessories and everything else that is associated with grilling or smoking especially since my husband passed away and I stopped continuing on our little side business we had. If it's your first time or you just run in for the same things every day take time and look what they have, you might be surprised and find something you didn't remember that you needed or you may find the things to start a new project.

**Review for Rosie Escolero at Home Depot**
I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with Rosie Escolero at Home Depot. Initially, Rosie was very pleasant and helpful while trying to secure the sale, which gave me hope that my appliance purchase would go smoothly. However, this turned out to be far from the truth.
A few days before my scheduled appliance delivery, I called to confirm that everything was on track, and it seemed like it was. But on the actual day of delivery, when I called to check the status, I was told that my appliances would not be delivered and that I would have to wait an additional 3-4 weeks. To make matters worse, Rosie responded with an incredibly rude attitude, saying, "If you don't like it, that's what it is and there's nothing you can do," and then she hung up on me. I was absolutely shocked by her behavior.
I immediately called the 1-800 number to try to get some help and was informed that my appliances were on backorder and that the saleswoman should have informed me of this. I explained that if I had known about the backorder, I would never have made the purchase since I needed the appliances urgently. Unfortunately, the call dropped before I could get further assistance.
That same Saturday, I went to Lowe’s and found a great deal on appliances, which were delivered on Memorial Day, just two days after my purchase. It was such a relief to deal with a company that values its customers.
Against my better judgment, I called Rosie again the next day to ask what I needed to do to cancel my order. Her attitude was even worse this time. She dismissively said, "Don't worry about it, I will cancel it. Don't bother coming to the store," and hung up on me.
Today, 5/31, I followed up with Home Depot to ensure my order was canceled, only to find out that Rosie had not canceled it as she claimed. I am so glad I called to confirm! This experience has shown me that Home Depot may be eager to make a sale, but they are severely lacking in accountability and customer service when it counts.
I will never buy from Rosie Escolero again, and I strongly encourage anyone else to avoid her at all costs. Living in Texas, a one-party consent state, I recorded my interactions with her to ensure there is no doubt about her unprofessional demeanor and the way she spoke to my wife and me.
This entire ordeal has been incredibly frustrating, and I hope Home Depot seriously considers making changes to improve their customer service.

Left here very happy. Something was priced incorrectly on the shelf and the Manager Miss Lushe helped me out. I'm a manager myself and when an employee tags product incorrectly, that's something that isn't the customers fault. Hopefully the person in charge of tagging gets a talking to. Very well handled and will make this particular home depot my main source of home improvement products.
