On Sept 7th at 11:15am, there were 3 workers standing at the cash register having a personal conversation.
Not to make this complaint long because most likely nothing will be addressed. I was the only customer waiting in line, If your employees cannot service ALL customers with the same custody and acknowledgement, like the Customer approached after me, they should find another job.
I wont be returning to this store again.

Usually go to the garland location however was in the area and found a few Halloween decor items. This location is stocked up with Halloween decorations. Received the best service with Carolina at the checkout register, she made my evening with her conversation and nice personality. Would come again she deserves this 5 star review!! God bless her!

Update 2025, been to nine different Home Goods stores to get cool plates, utensils, pictures, pillows and other Halloween things. Even better this year!
Okay, just this past Halloween October 2024 I found that I love Home Goods SpookTacular stock on Halloween paraphernalia of all types. I think I visited six different locations multiple times and spent way too much on amazing items from decorations, rugs towels and much more.
The staff is extremely helpful and courteous when helping.
I've found many other year round items here that I've purchased and enjoying daily.
See y'all again soon!

I like HomeGoods as there is always something unique that catches my eye. However the obvious monitoring by their employees, when they continually act like they have something to “take care of” in the aisle that I was in , was very annoying . If you are a black person , I will recommend shopping at another location .

Hours need to be corrected. Google shows it closes at 9:30p but store says they are closing at 8:00p on Sunday.

This is one of my favorite stores to shop for my house we visit that store 3 times a week, but the employees are not so great the only person always cleaning and helping us is Terri that lady works hard. The store needs more merchandise
