very crowded, not a lot of items, don’t sell nothing alternative, not enough band shirts, overworking the employees, very lazy managers, do not recommend coming to this store!!!!!!

Place is cramped employees are very nice but over helpful due to the manager not wanting them to just stand there. I like to browse in peace if I need help I’ll look for an employee! It’s very uncomfortable! Very small and cramped not a lot of variety band tees suck you’re better off finding one in h&m at this point! It’s just hazbin hotel and a lot of other furry merchandise.

Staff is attentive and helpful. Store is crowded and often disorganized from having too much inventory in too small a space, so it can be difficult to navigate.

I entered in and was not greeted by anyone, I went to look at the shirts on the wall and three young ladies that worked there were standing around. I looked to all three for help no one spoke. I ended up leaving and going across the way to Box Lunch. The workers need to do better with customer service.

I love shopping at Hot Topic , it’s one of my favorite stores !! The customer service is amazing! Shout out to Gavin at Town East ! He was very polite when checking my items out to me !! It has a very friendly atmosphere and lots of awesome things to buy ! 10/10 recommend

As for any HotTopic location. Online, unfortunately, is your best bet. Selection doesn't cycle often at all, the inside if very small and cramped. Workers are pretty chill, no prob there.

You will find new things you never thought to look for here. Black is the main thing here. Gothic is plentiful. Good band t-shirts and jewelry as well. Very helpful store employees. Stop and take a look and thank me later. If this is your thing.

Merry Christmas. I went in last Thursday for my coworkers gifts. They are in their 20's and I'm middle age. I was looking o Harry Potter and Pokemon gifts. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about the store and helpful in picking out gifts. I'm very thankful for them. Thank you.
