I had made an appointment over the phone with Annelle Soumaoro the day before and I had the required documents emailed to her. When I walked in on the day of my appointment, I was greeted by her cheerful smiles warm reception and that alone assured me that I was in good hands. She walked me through everything when she was done and I told her that I trust her so therefore I believe that everything would be successful in the end. I don’t know how she did it but by the time she showed me my refund on the computer screen, I was marveled because my refund was three times the amount I had received last year. Over all, Annelle Soumaoro was super nice and completely professional while discharging her duties and I walked out there smiling all the way home. I recommend her a 100% for anyone looking for a tax professional.
