Worst experience ever. I was there from 130-630. The lady still couldn't get my taxes finished. I ended up having to go to another office to get finished up. Didn't get done till nearly 730 that night.

As of today I am very frustrated. 2.5 hours to do taxes and still didn't get them done. The tax person was new,in the office by herself. I was suppose to get a call back and it didn't happen. Said to come back the following day. That's crazy as heck. Making me 2nd guess about going there in the future.

Worst experience in my life,I never experience taxes taking 6 hours and still wasn't complete. I will never get those hours back in my life .lesson learned don't always believe the good reviews.
