The customer service was terrible! I was harassed by the lady at the register when I first walked up. She appeared to be racist. I asked to speak to a manager and to my surprise, she was no better! I advised Ms Sherry that she needed to work on her customer service skills. I would expect better from a manager but it seems nobody wanted to do their job today.

Places is super clean 2ith lots of clearance items and low pricing. It was jut hard to find an open cashier.

If I could leave it a 0 star I would !!!!! THIS PLACE HAS SOME RUDE EMPLOYEES! I walked in and was needing some assistance in the make up area and asked a young lady with curly hair and she was just on her phone the entire time texting !!! I then just decided to go look at the woman's clothes and see a guy go to the make up aisle (I'm assuming he's another employee cuz he had a badge) and those two were giggling and talking NON STOP ! I went t to a cashier and asked for help and they said they couldn't help me in the make up aisle due to that not being their section. The one in the make up store had hello kitty things. So unprofessional!

I like shopping at JCP online and in the store. Mostly I love their bedding, curtains and other decorative items. There aren’t many stores around anymore but whenever I find one, I enter and enjoy my shopping experience. There is always opportunities for decor improvements.

The cashier was so very nice and helpful but the store was kind of a mess. It needs to be more organized and for the employees on the floor to ask customers if they need help instead of standing around talking to each other.

Me and my mother went and bought invite a couple of Christmas gifts. Theremployees were really nice. Directed us to where we needed to go very clean store.

Comprehensive customer service five stars. Even 2 days after Christmas, there were enough staff to get in & out in a timely manner ???. I traveled all the way from North Dallas just to go to mesquite for this JCPenney's
