Joel Garcia was very helpful. He recommended to get a new filter and explain the benefits of it! More gas mileage I was told and he definitely was right! I also, thought I had left my credit card there and he was very helpful to check the cameras for me. Thankfully it had fallen off under my seat of car. Just the thought that he went above and beyond to help we could tell the kind hearted gentleman he is! Definitely going back for my next oil change! Thanks again!

Today Saturday Jan 13 I was driving by from the auto shop next to jiffy lube when i saw and heard a commotion going on a jiffy lube a black guy called the white guy a cracker and got in his face. Now that white guy had a lot of self control and didn't hit that guy but if he treats his employees like that I don't think I would not want to go there myself

I wanted to say thank you to Cy. I stopped by yesterday and he was extremely helpful and organized. His honesty was appreciated, and he even pulled up youtube videos to show me how to reset my oil monitor light. Great experience.

The GM Albert performed my oil change and was very courteous and knowledgeable. My truck needed a part ordered and he got it right away for me. Albert was very friendly and talked me through the whole process. Great Job Albert.
