My boyfriend purchased me a pair of uggs that didnt fit and unfortunately we lost the receipt. Axel did his best to assist us and try to work with us on the purchase. We were initially very disappointed since without a receipt it seemed like there was little we could do but Axel was great & we were able to get a refund to purchase them online ☺️. Thank you Axel. Journeyz employees are always so nice and non-judgmental.

The best!I had some shoes that I purchased at another Journeys that unfortunately snapped the first day they were worn, I called this Journeys as they showed to have them in stock and the kind representatives switched them for me without any hesitation!Thank you so much! I will go out of my way to return to this location due to the excellent customer service! I am one happy customer!
