Cheap shoes. Cashier didn't speak or ask if we needed help. If we would have liked the shoes, we wouldn't have spent our money at this establishment, due to the lack of customer service.

Currently went to this store to purchase some shoes with my girlfriend and the manger(Ana) help us out. She has wonder customer service and is very helpful when it comes to knowing what shoes to get for a event. Highly recommend this store!

Ask for a different location store to exchange some boots because “Ana” supposedly the manager as she stated was very unprofessional, when I ask her for the address she called the other store to confirm the address but unprofessional said “hey Bebe” sounded like she was talking to his significant other. She wanted to let me know that even if I go to the other store her boyfriend will do the same as she Rudely did to me. This is so unprofessional. Never again would I purchase an item from JS. Boutique. Thanks to Ana, Good job Ana your making the business look bad! You need to learn customer services.

I got some shoes for Christmas , I went to go exchange them , RUDE CASHIER ! They need better customer service, if y’all girls don’t know how to then find a different work place . Why don’t y’all give gift receipt? And then complain why we don’t have them !

This place did not want to exchange the size for a small one . And the girls were just messy. One of them looked like she just got out of bed (hair messy and stains). The other talking and laughing when there was people that needed help.

Each and every time I’ve been in this store... I’m always pleased with the amount of variety and styles offered at reasonable prices.....The store is clean & bright and the staff is always friendly and prompt to offer assistance and i would like thanks to melissa because she was super helpful chossing a pair of shoes for my wife wich she loved it.....I definitely recommend to my friends and family and all the people to buy in this store.....i really appreciate your service girls ? ?

Whoever I was speaking with stated “it’s the weekend, I’m very busy, can’t be checking sizes now.”Unprofessional. I called at about 8:15pm wanting to know if they carried my size in a shoe because I would need to literally “run in and out” because I was cutting so close to time - and so they could already have the shoe pulled for when I came.When I got there it was 2 Hispanic girls working. And there was only 2 customers in at that time.
