In the last 9 months they have only filled and mailed my prescription correctly ONCE. It was scheduled to be filled & mailed automatically each month. I've spoken with multiple people every time I've had to call, some of whom have been very rude. Makes me question if I was even receiving a correctly compounded prescription given they way they run the business and their poor customer service. I would NOT recommend them.

I want to start by saying that I would have wished to speak to the pharmacist in charge. I had been a customer for years and after his employees dropped the ball so many time I decided to use a different pharmacy

Absolutely would NOT recommend. Medications are always late. They tell you when it's going to be ready and then when you go to pick them up they say "it'll be another hour" then while you wait, the employees and owner are just chit chatting. Extremely poor customer service.

They are rude and very arrogant on the phone. Very ignorant to be professional people. I'm a first time customer and the man that answered the phone acted as if I was an inconvenience. A paying customer. He hung up before I could finish talking. Called back a lady answered said hold on. No greeting, nothing. Stayed on hold over 30 minutes, and eventually I hung up. Wow!

What a rude group of people!! I called trying to get assistance and a simple question answered. The attendant acted completely put out and snotty. I will NEVER go there again!!

Why use blue capsules? Synthetic dye is a problematic and unnecessary toxin. I don't want this blue dye iny body so I have to take the medication out of the toxic blue caps every day and add it to a glass of water which is extremely annoying considering how expensive these meds are!

Was in a pinch when I came by the pharmacy, Gabino helped me with getting the correct medicine and was super friendly 10/10 recommend.

March 2024. This pharmacy assumed that my insurance company did not cover my compounded prescription and never ran the prescription through the insurance to count toward my deductible or determine my co-pay. I called Blue Cross Blue Shield and confirmed that the prescription is covered through Compounding, but because they had already charged me full price for my past two prescriptions, it would not count toward my deductible and I could not get reimbursed for my first prescription. Be warned about this pharmacy’s practices and do not trust them if they claim that insurance won’t cover your prescription. Call your insurance and double check, and take your prescription elsewhere if they don’t run your prescription through your insurance.

I’d suggest NEVER doing business with this pharmacy, I called to get an update on the delivery of my prescription I was given 3 different tracking numbers and told my prescription was delivered when in fact it wasn’t. I spoke with the “owner” Fronce Barnes he was extremely rude, he constantly cut me off and wouldn’t let me talk, he hung up on me twice and I still don’t have my prescription as they gave me a fake tracking number. They charged my card twice for 2 different amounts for the same prescription and had to correct that. The staff here are rude and others are incompetent including “Fronce” I’d HIGHLY recommend to getting your prescriptions elsewhere my time and money have been wasted.
