I went to this place looking for a tuxedo for myself. I was a little apprehensive being as though I’m a gay, black female, and wasn’t sure what type of service I would receive. Muhammad was very patient with me. I ordered my items, and it was a breeze. I did have an issue with the size of the pants once the order came in. My event was the next day and Muhammad found me some pants in my size in the store, sized them, and made sure I was ready for the event. I’m greatful for his customer service. I would definitely return to this

If there's something that you cannot find you just let Muhammad know. I have been visiting this establishment for multiple years and have been pleased each and every time.

I have shopped in this store for the wedding of my sister and another time for my sons wedding. Each time the store personnel where nice and very helpful. These experiences where years apart and we had great customer service each time. When I ordered my dress and my daughter's dress for the last event they went above and beyond and shared catalogs we could order from. The seamstress made me a jacket to match my dress and even made the dress a high low, which recreated the dress I ordered. ♥️

Went to look at wedding dresses and bridal dresses today and the lady up front at the register was horrible. She was rude and gave us the worst customer service. Last time I came up here the guy at the front was nice and had amazing customer service. But because of her, after today, you will no longer have my service there. I was planning on buying my wedding dress from this store because I loved the options y’all had but after this customer experience you lost a valuable customer. This bride will not be buying a wedding dress from here ever. Have a nice day.

Woman doesn't seem to want customers to browse their merchandise. Stopped me, my son and his friend at the door. Tried to rent us tuxedos that we didn't need or ask for. We purchased 2 at ISW and wanted to look inside the mall for accessories. My son wanted to also look at dresses to recommend for his date who was not with us. She told him there is nothing to see inside the store except woman's dresses. ( I myself am a woman and occasionally wear dresses). She brushed us out of the store and told us to tell people they rent tuxedos. Will not happen. Listening skills are horrible and definitely needs diversity training in 2022.

So my wife goes into the store to look for new dress(es). She was constantly told by the lady owner that she won't fit into the dress(es) at this store... my wife is petite. She tried showing her the worst dresses the store had just to mock her. I don't know if she had vision problems or attitude problems because she was extremely rude! I don't know if anyone taught her that you don't stay in business long with an attitude that resembles NYC sewers!

The rude Chinese lady that owns the place or works there looked at my friend and immediately told her she was too fat for the store. She was so rude!! Sooooo rude e walked right back out. Everything looks cheaply made anyway. Save your time bc that’s only dress store in town East

This place is AWESOME!! I bought my wedding dress and all the accessories for 1000 a phenomenal price for sure 20 years ago.. Great customer service, attentive and Best thing is the same owner who helped my make day beautiful also helped my son's for all their formal dance needs 20 years later Don't always believe EVERYTHING you read..See for yourself.

We only found 1 frilly formal dress available for my 12mo grandaughter for her aunt's wedding.However it is red( nowhere near wedding colors) It fit her perfect.Sales lady had us rung up bagged up and out the door in less than 15 min.Bravo!
