Today I stopped in at the Kroger in Mesquite on Gus Thomasson to get a few groceries and also a few gift cards.. I ended up leaving $85 worth of gift cards at self checkout and didn't realize until I was halfway home.. I went back to the store thinking I was probably out of luck.. both the managers on duty were so nice! They reviewed the security footage right away and another worker had come by to clear the go backs and had set the 4 gift cards on a display and I got them back! The store was busy and they still took the time to help me and were so kind about it! Thank you so much to the whole Kroger crew! Happy Holidays!

Bc Christie is amazing and also very pretty lolThank you Christie ????Your heart and spirit and glowing auraDid not goUnnoticed

This is the most ghetto Kroger. I haven’t been recently because last time I went and I used the bathroom the toilet looked like it had been destroyed by a poop grenade. Also it’s so dim inside it’s kind of depressing. Makes the one in Balch Springs look better

Store closes at their own discretion not allowing the franchise to profit until said time on Google and the Store Window clearly states closing is 1am, yet they have determined here that Kroger is their creation and they have the right to destroy it's value gradually via lack of accountability and post COVID laziness.

I work the night shift I go here after work last few times I went there including last night they closed at midnite, supposed to close a 1am. The old white haired cashier was loading groceries in her car I asked her if these were new hours she said " I'm not staying longer, Ive worked my hours they don't care about me why should I care about them. Terrible attitude. Smelled like a pack of cigarettes. She's always crabby. Why does management put up with this. Workers make their own hours?

I am highly upset because I drove all the way here because it said on here that it was open, but when I arrived the man closed the door and was only letting customers out. This is horrible and I will never be coming here again. Fix yalls damn hours

I went specifically to buy crab legs with an electronic coupon, but was having trouble getting it to work at the self-serve checkout. I did not get her name, but an extremely helpful and knowledgeable Asian woman patiently walked me through the process. Thank you!

I'm on my third round of trying to order something for my brother, and, YET, AGAIN, they can't! Thanks for the polite decline of services, Manu; at least you called me to let me know you guys couldn't do it, This Time!

One lane open. The checker is probably in her 80s. Customer service desk is closed at 6:00 p.m. I am so glad this isn't my usual store.

The store is always clean and in order and has helpful employees however the parking lot often times has glass and sometimes other debris and is in need of a good power wash cleaning and lane repainting to give the store a fresh new drive up appeal.

If you enjoy being harassed upon entering the grocery store by aggressive SPECTRUM INTERNET people, this is the store to go to. It never fails - such an enjoyable experience to be stopped and be sold a product you did not intend to buy at the grocery store.

Jalissa the cashier at the Fuel center is amazing. She helped me in my time of need. I ran out of gas and she came to the rescue. Oh and she has an amazing attitude. I love this gas station and the workers.

Between the small size, poor selection, general messiness and so many of the lights being turned off that you have to use your phone's flashlight to read a lot of the product labels, this place feels like it came right out of a post apocalyptic movie. I like Kroger, but I doubt I'll be back at this wreck of a location again.
