The woman that checked me out could seriously use some guidance in how to be a friendly and informative person. She acted so weird. It made the experience really unpleasant.

My sister called them for a 2009 Altima Coupe Drive belt change. On the phone they told her $250. the drive belt and labor all included. I went with her and I asked them what their labor rate was. It was something around $165 an hour they said at the counter. Gentleman told me it will take about 30 minutes. So im like okay 165 plus the belt should be around $200 or so. Autozone sells the belt for 30 bucks or so. I had to go and so I left her there with my credit card so she can pay. I check my bank statements and see that they charged her $500 for it. I work at Nissan and not even Nissan charges this for the drive belt replacement. Will call them tomorrow since they are closed at the moment and find out what had happened. I did see a review similar to my situation. Women do be aware. Have a male with you present because they did do my sister bad on just a drive belt replacement that takes less than an hour to do.

My friend took his truck in for an oil and filter change. Afterwards, he went to Pep Boys to get his tires rotated and they told him there was no new filter installed and no wrench marks to change the oil. KK only added oil to the existing oil and charged him $77.

Got an oil change here this morning and the guy was trying to upsell me something I didn’t want or need. I had a low tire pressure and he offered to put air on it. When I got home my tire was flat and I realize the valve when the air goes in is broken. So now I have to get a new tire all because I wouldn’t buy an extra service here! Never going back
