I went here because I had an emergency with my pet cat we got to the door rang the door bell only to find out they were closed ! Completely empty office even tho hours say 24/7 , do not go here if you have a pet emergency!!

Vet tech was attentive and compassionate, which is why I gave an extra star. The vet didn’t do much and saw me for less than four minutes. I know she was super busy, but felt she didn’t really care for my pet. I went to another vet the following day since my dog got worse. They charge 1/4 of the price and did way more than this place. They actually took the time to explain to me my pets prognosis and what to expect with her treatment. On top of that, my regular vet called to follow up how my dog was doing which I really appreciated. For the price this place charges, I expected a lot more.

The vet I think his name was Dr Dennet was very gentle and compassionate.There’s a little gray haired lady wasWonderful. She really helpedMe in my time of need. I think her name is Dorothy. Thank you

This is an amazing place, they have saved my little dog twice. They recently saved my other dog as well from some unexpected sickness when another vet could not. Love them!!

Doctor was nice and quick.I brought my dog for an emergency visit. I listed pain, reaching behind as symptoms.He took my dog to another area to examine her. He said it was her anal glands and expressed them.I got home. I noticed a big oozing sore on her back. This was the problem not anal glands.How did he miss this? I called back and no offer to help. I have lost trust in this place.

The tech or nurse was great. Didn’t care for the doctor. She repeated herself over and over. I’ve been there once before about 2 years ago. The prices almost tripled since I was there last for the exact same services. That’s ridiculous. They are taking advantage of people in a difficult situation.

The staff here were so very professional and helpful and sympathetic when I had to bring my Lily in for ivdd. I had to make a very difficult decision about her and they made us feel confident and comfortable. Thank y'all for taking such good care of my Lily girl.

As dog parents, our worst nightmare came to life when our 13-year-old hound dog had an awful episode that resulted in us having to make the decision to lay to her rest. The staff was incredible, which is why it is difficult for me to only leave a 1 star review, however the vet that was on duty - Michelle Hazelwood - was the most insensitive person that I have EVER delt with. My husband and I drove an hour to this hospital, all while our hearts were breaking, only to be received by Michelle Hazelwood. She spent a total of 30 seconds with us, only cared to confirm that we were making the final decision. I asked a question, in regard to my baby's condition, whether there was a chance she could recover. Her response, in the most insensitive tone, was "I have no idea what's wrong with her, I can't tell you anything." She didn't advise what options we may have; she didn't care to. In her mind, her job was done. It was done poorly. I am only warning anyone, if you choose this vet, check to see who is on duty. I would drive an hour in the opposite direction to avoid having to deal with insensitive people when you're going through a hard time.

The disappointment I feel leaving this review is unmeasurable, after using this vet twice for emergency work with one of our Pyrs and one of our cats, and recommending countless people to it.Last night, at around 8:50pm, I called this vet to ask for help with my sister in law's cat, who was not peeing, had difficulty walking, was panting and in telling pain. Anybody who has ever owned a cat knows how the situation could go incredibly south in seconds, so we needed to act fast. My in-laws are currently in dire economic straights, so I was calling to see if they would even see the cat and try to work on a payment plan.The front desk lady whom I spoke to showed zero empathy, telling me they would not even see Beau, yet stocking our anxiety by assuring me that yes, if his bladder ruptured he would die, but that I had to call another vet to find anybody willing to work on him before receiving payment.I understand that business have rules to keep them from losing money, but the lack of effort on even trying to suggest the name of a vet, or see if the manager/vet on duty would have any suggestions either, left me feeling as if our animal's lives only matter to this place so long as we have the money to buy them beforehand.We did find an emergency vet in Fort Worth who treated Beau until 3am, and who worked out a payment plan with us knowing we could not pay up front. So if you are needing a good vet, please reach out to Veterinary Emergency Care Group, and ask for Dr. Morgan Biquet.Needless to say, we will not be returning.

I highly recommend BluePearl Pet Hospital. They showed tremendous care and Compassion to my Beautiful Boy and Ias they helped him cross the Rainbow bridge with ease and dignity. I am truly grateful for them.

I wish negative stars were available. I took my 18 yr. old Yorkie at 4:58am Christmas Morning. Baily answered phone said she would call me back when she got to computer. Called me back & said hospital was full, couldn't see us, too many patients, no doctor. I was sitting out front of building in empty parking lot and no one was to be seen. This is the THIRD time I've been turned away in an emergency in three years. Every since original doctor sold Blue Pearl has went down hill. If you have an emergency please pass them by and give your animal a chance DO NOT LET THEM WASTE TIME YOU MAY NOT HAVE.

What a rip off ! They charge crazy amounts of money for everything and don’t even treat your animals . They took my dog in with a broken foot , charged $800 for an exam and terrible x-ray that we could not use , then said go see a vet the next day . I saw my vet who then only charged $80 and did WAY MORE to help my poor dog . Stay away from this place , they prey on concerned pet owners and take advantage while providing very poor care .
