My experience at Lane at Towne Crossing was great! My leasing agent, Alana Hogan, took good care of us from the moment we walked in. She truly cares about her tenants, and what I appreciated the most was that she actually showed us the exact apartment we wanted to live in — and we love it!
We moved in on 10/30/2025, and the whole process went smoothly. Alana made everything easy and stress-free. She was patient, respectful, and even stayed late to review our application, which really showed her dedication and character. The rest of the leasing staff also seemed friendly and professional.
Overall, I love the area and I’m very happy with our experience. Thank you, Alana!

My experience so far has been amazing with everyone in the office I had a little mishap at the beginning and when I say all three ladies had a hand in getting things worked out but my hat goes off definitely to Alana the weekend of my move she was hands on with making sure everything was on point not only for me but 5 other people too great job ladies 🤗👍👍

Watch out they will make new changes to the lease before your renewal and not even give you the option to deny the changes. On top of that the trash and appearance of the apartments have been getting out of hand trash is overfilled for days.

UPDATE: My previous review was 100 percent TRUE when I first moved in! I never had an issue with the office staff. Even when my son was blamed for something, they gave me the opportunity to come speak to them and after watching the video, I was able to prove it was NOT my son. With that being said, I did NOT renew my lease. Reason: ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!! They were HORRIBLE. They came out of the plugs in the apartment. Nothing worked. Those roaches took over the entire unit. When I moved, I did not take anything with me.
We moved to One Towncreast Apartments and although the staff is not better than the staff at Lane at Towne Crossing, there are NO roaches and you finally have peace.
The staff deserves 5 stars but I would give zero stars for the roaches.
I was desperately looking for a place to stay. Most apartments that I tried had a waiting list for up to 8 months. One of my friends gave me a list of places to try and Lane at Towne Crossing was on the list. I called and spoke with MiMi. She informed me that they had what I was looking for. She walked me through the steps and within an hour, I was approved for my apartment. Not only did they approve me, MiMi and Kathya also gave me a referral to a program that could help me for a few months. They were so kind. They answered all questions. MiMi walked me through everything that I needed to know about moving into the apartment. I feel safe, my kids feel safe. The apartment is super nice. I love it here!!!
