Discrimination don't go here. They only get one large size per item, example if you need an I and up you have to order online and if it doesn't fit you have to return it and you still have no bra. There was a clearance rack I found two bras two different sizes that fits sales rep took me straight to the more expensive rack. Depending on the brand you can play around with different sizes. I got two bras off clearance and one at regular price paying 85.00 including taxes. All three bras are different sizes due to different manufacturers. Plus there are black associates in the store and that follow you around. If you wanna shop in peace and ask questions if need be this isn't the store for you!

Not handicapped friendly as you must go up several steps to go inside. Clothes tightly packed. Not clearly marked. Bras difficult to see size or reach on low and high bars.

The customer service is exceptional, and the store is immaculate. Lori has a very pleasant personality. I love seeing her each time I come in there. I know she sees a lot of people, but she remembers faces and makes you feel very welcome. Lane Bryant has a keeper in Lori. She should be commended daily. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not quite the same as it used to be! Bras are all overly padded and up almost to your chin. Easy to find tho as it's off the 635.
