We kicked off the opening of our pool for Father's Day. We picked up a few new toys for the pool. The customer service was good.

My husband and I went to Leslie’s in Mesquite today and Ryan was ok at first. Someone else came in the store and was also looking for an old part that was obsolete. I told the man that I had the part and he could have it because we had to replace the filter due to it being very old too. Ryan flipped his lid and starting yelling at me and told me to leave or he was going to call the police. I was in shock and asked him what was the problem he said I was soliciting. SMH, Calm down Ryan, You said yourself that you can’t order the part and told him to go on eBay, but when I told him I had the part and he can have it for free you lost it. By seeing other reviews about Ryan, It might be time to move him along or retire him he clearly has terrible customer service. I feel bad for his coworkers.

Went to this Mesquite store and asked an unexperienced clerk a question. She was very sweet and said I needed to ask Ryan H. All he was interested in doing was arguing. He all but called me a lier. So I returned the items I purchased and will never shop Leslie's again. I rather pay more somewhere else than ever shop there while he is still there.

I can't say enough good things about store manager Ino and his team, very personable and always greeted with a smile by Marisela. Thank you so much for always helping me diy my pool and steering me in the right direction, in the most cost effective way. Ino and his team and their knowledge of pools are the reason I continue to use this location.

Big shout out to Ino!! I can not thank him enough for helping me and guiding me to take care of my pool. I had a pool guy before meeting Ino, now, Ino has given me the confidence and knowledge to take care of my own pool. My pool was always cloudy or green and payed for a pool guy. Now that I have taken over with the help and guidance of Ino, my pool has never been more clear. I highly recommend the mesquite leslies and it's staff.

We have an almost brand new Polaris pool cleaner that isn't working properly. Leslie's is a warranty center for our cleaner and contracts with the company to service their cleaners. When we dropped off our cleaner the manager told us we need to upgrade to a newer cleaner. We asked him if he would just repair the one we had. He took the cleaner and called a few days later saying he cleaned all of the grit out of it and it was working properly. Immediately, we could tell when we place the cleaner back in the pool that they had not done anything to fix the problem. Several days later, we brought the cleaner back to the store. My husband walked in with it and the manager began yelling and screaming at him. He said that it is our fault the cleaner does not work and we needed to buy a new cleaner from him that was more expensive. He refused to service the warranty on the cleaner. He was extremely abrasive. My husband walked out of the store feeling like the guy had wanted to pick a fist fight with him. I have never received such poor customer service in my life. Under no circumstances would I ever buy a product from their store hoping they would service or repair it if something were to go wrong. He was unprofessional, he lied to us about repairing the broken part, and then yelled at us when we brought the cleaner back. I only wish I had gotten his name.

Went this morning to get pool water tested the manger there whit slow guy was working. I said oh wow y’all have a lot of chlorine tabs !! He proceeds to say o have always had them have never not had any. I was like yes you did during covid times there was a shortage everywhere. Even had a notice on y’all’s door out of chlorine. He still insists I am wrong and he was right. Wow! Love how he argues with the customer. He has always been so rude!!!!
