Liberty Tax provides excellent customer service, making clients feel welcome from the moment they walk in. The team is amazing, wonderful, very sweet, attentive, patient, and kind. They are very helpful, informative, and genuinely about the people they help. Staff are able to take care of taxes right then and there, making the process easily. They work hard to maximize refunds and try their best to help clients get money back. The service is also helpful for filing extensions, providing reminders without hassel. The team is recommended to anyone and everyone, especially for those with questions or concerns. Clients appreciate all the hardwork and feel the staff have a warm soul and know what they are talking about. Many indicate they will likely return next year.
