The manager and another employee were very rude to me because I had a service animal with me. I would tell my family and friends not to shop at this location.

Customer service was on the low end. They don’t greet when u walked in and stood around on their phones talking to one another ignoring their customers.
If you want help you need to ask them even though there are 4 or more employees there doing nothing.

The machine that customizes the hats dose not work good at all i got some names on the hats and the O’s come out looking like A’s and then they don’t do anything about it for there mistakes
