All my dealings with the Extra Space employees on Franklin in Mesquite have been more than great. I love the upgrades they've been doing and how clean they keep the whole place it's amazing. They always seem to care and go out of their way to make things work. Keep up the good work !!! Just wanted to add an update to this former post that I needed to contact Extra Space about changing my address and had questions about some pricing on a few of my units. I spoke with Crystal who is always so friendly and helpful and needless to say she helped me with everything and was also able to help with discounts Savin me money. Crystal you are a blessing thank you so much for your help today and always. Customer care like this is something that is hard to find now days.

My experience with Extra Storage has been great from the customer service to the hospitality and friendliness. I needed to downgrade to a smaller Storage and Miah (shout out to him) was exceptional with making that happen. He assisted me with the change and he made sure I was taken care of and received the best option and price for what I was needing. Try them for yourself I did!

This location has an incredible team they communicate with you. They let you know when changes are made, easy to talk to, very welcoming. If you’re looking for a unit come to this location I have been having this unit going on a year now and I absolutely love the team that works here. Kerr Mills is the Store Manager.

The gentleman at the office was very nice and helpful. Rental rates are fair, and I felt my items were safe during the six months I rented a unit. You can tell management is putting in a lot of effort to keep this place nice. Highly recommend!

The acquisition of this facility by Extra Space Storage is definitely a great move and an asset to not only local businesses but also to the Mesquite and surrounding communities. The office staff is top notch as I have been a long time Life Storage customer before the transition to Extra Space Storage. The upgrades to the Franklin Rd. location appear to be great as the facility was due for a refresh and it was well worth it. I am beginning on a new journey with my once local business and expanding with Extra Space Storage providing value added warehousing at a moments notice whenever required.
