“I was skeptical because of the past reviews but this place seems to have made some changes for the better ....I arrived at 9:55 a.m for a 10 a.m appointment scanned bar code filled out info which usually takes about 2 or 3 minutes and then walked to the window and was immediately assigned a door.. within 10 minutes of backing in door a person came out and put airline lock on my trailer and within another 10 minutes was loading me I was loaded at 11,:25 a.m with paperwork in hand also I had air bags in back to help keep load secure.”
