I’ve been in the hospital and get my days messed up I am telling you this because I called on a Sunday not knowing that they were off. The guy answered and I told him what I wanted he said sure send me a text I’ll send it you a quote here in a bit. Waited the whole day nothing my you I didn’t know they were off I’ll give him that. Called on Monday no answer I
Texted again said “ have not gotten a quote yet” no answer. So I called no answer. Called him on Tuesday guy already was upset by his tone of
Voice. I verbatiam I said “hey been told I was going to get a quote but I have not gotten anything “
Now mind you I was not being rude or trying to be I been sick they just don’t know that my voice was Low because right now I can’t even highten it.
He was like “oh you mean when you called me
On my day off and I didn’t send you nothing” I said oh I didn’t know. Mind you if your off why answer and say you are anyway you could say “hey I am off today but I can send it tomorrow” I said but I called and texted yesterday as well. “He said well we were busy” but very rudely. I said “hey bro I am not trying to get on to you all I am just seeing if I can get a
Quote” he said “sure does sound like your rude” I just said “it’s okay man no worries “ he said “okay and hung up” mind you maybe somewhere there I could have been a little
Better but I wasn’t
That bad he can’t handle any customer issue without snapping last time I
Used them I even tipped $50 for
A $500 dollar job. The place might do good work but can’t handle any type of issue so you been told.

I was at a low point. I received EXCELLENT service. It’s extremely hot. We were able to sit in the car while they changed the tire. I received a discount.God really worked in my situation. Don’t pass them by you never know where your blessing is.

Dropped off my truck for a new suspension and $6k later is falling apart. Didn’t even finish installing rear shocks..came back for warranty and they’re too busy to even get you scheduled to take care of it.

Cannot express the happiness I have with Lonestar. Jeff went above and beyond for my Silverado. I brought the wrong parts to him by mistake and he was very accommodating and worked with me for days to get my truck right. Jose his mechanic did fantastic work on my truck and got it looking right. Give these guys a shot at lonestar you won’t regret it!

Was going home from having breakfast with my daughter and I realized my tire pressure light was on. I was robbed on New Year's Eve and I finally got my car back and the person that took everything out of my car was my tire gauge so I'm very blessed to have this company help me put air in my tires so I can make it home safely.
